The CRU is a highly adaptable team of registered nurses and support staff who provide care across multiple inpatient units to meet fluctuating patient volumes and acuity. These clinicians are part of a versatile, skilled workforce that plays a pivotal role in supporting hospital operations and delivering safe, effective care in a high-acuity, ever-changing clinical environment.
We’reLooking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferable
- Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
