REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – Cardiology Clinic (Cardiac Specialties)

Park Ridge, IL

Part Time; 48 hours a pay period; 8 hour shifts. Cover current hours of  M-F.

In the Coordinated Clinic you will be responsible for treating an outpatient population with a variety of cardiac specialties. The specialties include Heart Failure, Lipid, Chest Pain, Cardiac Oncology, Watchman/Afib, Structural Heart, Adult Congenital, and Advanced Heart Failure. Duties include drawing labs, starting IVs, administering medication and monitoring for response, administering EKGs, and patient education.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Illinois
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of nursing experience on cardiac telemetry, ICU, or ED
