- 3-4 years experience in a managed care organization, hospital or physician’s office

Monday through Friday
- Rotating schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm
As a Referral Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.
As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will:
- Manage and navigate the centralized referral process.
- Coordinate and monitor discharge planning to provide cost‑effective care and quality outcomes to members in accordance with benefit coverage guidelines.
- Participate in education and utilization management activities.
