• 3-4 years experience in a managed care organization, hospital or physician’s office

As a Referral Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.

As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will:

• Manage and navigate the centralized referral process.
• Coordinate and monitor discharge planning to provide cost‑effective care and quality outcomes to members in accordance with benefit coverage guidelines.
• Participate in education and utilization management activities.

• Willingness to be cross‑trained in all referral specialist activities.
