Role:
Registered Nurse in the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU)
Location:Evanston, IL
Responsibilities:- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care
- Utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating patient care
- Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current IL nursing license
- BLS/CPR certification
- At least 2 years of ISCU/NICU experience
- NICU/ISCU experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, with a focus on neonatal care
