Role
Registered Nurse in the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU)
Responsibilities Include
- Providing safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care independently in the ISCU
- Using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Guiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contributing to safety and high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate of a NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current IL nursing license
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- At least 2 years of NICU/ISCU experience
- NICU/ISCU experience is preferred
