Role: Registered Nurse providing patient care across diverse populations.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and take responsibility for nursing care outcomes.
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery.
- Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experiences.
- BSN degree preferred; current IL nursing license required.
- Minimum 2 years of med/surg experience.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Providing comprehensive nursing care, maintaining compliance, supervising staff, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
