Role
Registered Nurse - Treatment at Kellogg Cancer Center
Responsibilities Include- Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administering chemotherapy, medications, and blood products
- Guiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Promoting safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPR certification (required)
- Experience in oncology and/or outpatient infusion preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
