Ambulatory Surgery Center - CNA

Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation;
Measure and document blood pressures, temperature/pulse/respiration, intake and output, daily weights, and other patient data in EMR;
Participate in admission, transfer and discharge processes under supervision of RN, including room setup and patient belongings;
Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations/needs to RN; assist with positioning and transporting using proper technique;
Perform dietary and skin care tasks; manage supplies such as TED hose and sequential compression devices
