We are a fast growing retail sales and brand consulting company in the Chicagoland area looking for an I nside Account Representative to join our expanding team. Our company focuses on customer acquisition inside r etail environments, brand visibility, and building high performing retail sales teams that strengthen partnerships and deliver results.

_ This is a face to face, customer focused, retail sales and account management role located inside well known retail partner locations._

What You Will Do

• Engage customers in person inside retail partner stores, trade shows, and live promotional events
• Act as a Retail Brand Ambassador and present products in group and individual settings
• Deliver excellent customer service, recommend solutions, and answer questions
• Assist with account enrollment and provide support throughout the purchase process
• Manage customer accounts and provide follow up and retention support
• Input customer information and update activity inside CRM systems
• Work closely with retail sales leadership and top performing account managers
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and retail marketing strategy sessions
• Support retail event planning, coordination and brand activations

What We Look For

• Experience in retail sales, retail management, account management, customer service, or face to face sales
• Strong communication skills and confident presentation ability
• Positive attitude, self motivated, and competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a retail sales team
• High energy and strong work ethic
