Location: Park Ridge, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Commission Opportunities

Promotion Opportunity: Increase to $58,000 Base Salary after successful completion of training (approximately 90 days)

  • This is not a typical entry‑level role. You'll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced sales leaders while learning how to build relationships with business executives, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize industry‑leading tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and other sales technologies
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings
  • Conduct networking, lunch, and breakfast meetings with business professionals
  • Learn the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing business
  • Partner with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Client Partners
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Build the foundation to eventually manage your own territory and client portfolio
What We're Looking For
  • Recent graduate or early‑career professional (0-3 years of experience)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but all majors are welcome
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
