Overview

Compensation: Base + Commission. Total Expected Earnings: $70K–$120K+ (Uncapped)

Note: To be considered, you must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have at least 1 year of law firm intake experience or professional sales experience.

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients—no cold calling.
• Build trust quickly and confidently guide clients through the hiring process.
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients through consultative sales techniques.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base.
• Accurately document conversations and manage leads within the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet and exceed individual sales, conversion, and performance goals.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1+ year of law firm intake experience or professional sales experience.
• Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with clients by phone.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience is a plus.
