Job Requirements and DutiesMust be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, & access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Must possess navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
GeneralJob Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers for orders over the phone and in person
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate, precise movements
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when carrying trash and performing outside tasks
- In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or higher in some areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to corn‑meal dust
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Ability to talk and hear on telephone
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions

Most tasks performed from a standing position - Walking:
For short distances and short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum; work surface height 36–48 inches - Paperwork:
Completed at a desk or table in office - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more, unloaded with hand truck; cases up to 50 lb and dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft; cases stacked up to 72 inches high - Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves; occasionally pizza sauce (30 lb); trays of dough (12 lb each) carried three at a time over short distances - Pushing:
Trays on dolly approx. 24–30 in depth; force up to 7.5 lb; trays may be pulled - Climbing:
Infrequently navigate stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance
