Service Manager (Apartment Maintenance)

$33 - $36/hour + 15% Bonus + Quarterly Incentives

What You'll Do

* Lead and develop a maintenance team

* Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns

* Manage vendors, maintenance projects, and property upkeep

* Monitor budgets and control expenses

* Ensure compliance with safety and company standards

* Deliver outstanding customer service to residents

What We're Looking For

* Maintenance leadership experience in multifamily housing or a related field

* Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs

* Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
