Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the grounds of a community and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents. You will perform landscaping, debris removal, gutter cleaning, and routine maintenance under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
The role includes pool maintenance, snow/shoveling duties when needed, and vacated unit cleaning. Must have 2+ years in grounds keeping in multi-family settings and a high school diploma.
