Discovery Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned.;
Complete routine maintenance duties to repair and maintain grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.;
Fix wall and/or floor coverings; repair furniture and fixtures; perform basic plumbing work; perform minor electrical repairs; repair appliances; paint and refurbish projects; work with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and make ready rooms as assigned.;

Respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled work hours and manage multiple priorities as needed.
