Forklift Operator (Stand-Up & Sit-Down)

Monday–Friday | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with proven stand-up and sit-down forklift experience, including both single and double forklift operation. This role goes beyond basic equipment use and requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position also includes light maintenance duties to support overall warehouse operations.

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including single and double forklifts
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse
• Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and inventory documents
• Perform basic math calculations to verify counts, quantities, and locations
• Maintain high accuracy while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including basic facility upkeep, minor repairs, and keeping work areas clean and organized
• Support inventory control and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (single and double fork)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills required for counting, inventory, and verification
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong safety awareness and compliance

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Ability to stand, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
