We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Sanitation Specialist with experience in septic hauling to join our team. This position involves maintaining and servicing portable restroom units, as well as hauling and disposing of waste from septic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and proper functioning of the portable restrooms while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements for waste disposal.

• Deliver, set up, and service portable restroom units at various job sites.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of portable restrooms, including replenishing supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).
• Ensure that portable restrooms are in compliance with health and safety standards, providing a clean and odor-free environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with the portable restroom units as needed.
• Operate septic trucks to safely haul waste from portable restrooms and septic systems.
• Perform waste pumping and disposal at authorized waste treatment facilities in compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of septic hauling trucks, ensuring safe operation and preventing contamination.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing job duties.
• Maintain appropriate records of services performed, including waste disposal logs, and report any issues or potential hazards to management.
• Comply with all environmental and local regulations regarding waste disposal and septic services.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a related field (portable restroom servicing, septic hauling, or similar) is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on portable restroom units.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in challenging or unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to septic systems and waste disposal.
• This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Physical labor is required, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment.
• On-call or weekend work may be required during busy seasons or for emergency service requests.
