Mount Alverna Village, part of Franciscan Ministries in Parma, OH, seeks a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The role covers mechanical, building and grounds upkeep within a vibrant senior residence.
Light trades, plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs are expected, with HVAC/welding skills a plus. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years maintenance experience (training provided), and a clean driving record.
