Job Overview

We have an opening for a full‑time Cleaning Supervisor position at Zoetis Headquarters – 10 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Applications are accepted online only.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirement:
Must have 5 years of experience.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
