Facilities Repair Specialist -Part Time

Job Overview

Front line Facilities Repair Specialist responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality of Old Dominion Service Center facilities.

• Keep cleaning equipment and facilities operational, safe and in compliance with all relevant codes by scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Follow the daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance schedules and keep records of the maintenance performed.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed or arrange with outside repair vendors such as plumbers.
• Keep all fire extinguisher inspections current.
• Replace all water cooler, refrigerator and building filters on schedule.
• Follow all safety guidelines for equipment and materials used in daily work.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in stressful situations.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, mechanical and electrical issues.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Shift and hours to be determined. Working days and shift are estimates and subject to change based on scheduling and business levels.
