Pay Range: $16.04 - $18.04 per hour, based on experience.

• Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property at all times.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures to ensure a polished appearance.
• Perform waste management duties, including trash collection, recycling, and proper disposal procedures.
• Assist with general upkeep tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and pressure washing as needed.
• Safely lift and move materials, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner.
• Support property presentation by ensuring all common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties.
• Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.

• Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance.
• Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
