About the PositionUnder supervision of a position designated as management by the Board of Trustees, the custodian performs routine cleaning work, movement of furniture and equipment in campus buildings, occasional uncomplicated maintenance tasks, and related duties as required.
Work Schedule- Monday through Thursday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (plus 8% graveyard shift premium added to base pay)
- Salary: $4,148.99 – $4,574.29 monthly

- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles
- Wash windows, walls, and glass surfaces
- Assist with setup and takedown of furniture for events
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- At least one year of verifiable custodial experience
- Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
