You serve as an exemplary figure, possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have a diverse range of skills. You hold a strong enthusiasm for promoting apartment living, forging connections with the surrounding community, and organizing events that merge the two for our residents. You possess the ability to think on your feet and excel in a dynamic work environment. Moreover, your meticulous attention to detail renders you an ideal candidate for this leadership position.

What You Bring to Us:

• A strong attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to sell and promote the property
• Ability to read and write English fluently
• Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
• Ability to drive a car

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Klingbeil Capital Management's total compensation package for employees.
