ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Cleaner for a large distribution center. Some of our distribution centers can be over 1 million square feet, so if you like to be constantly on the move, this role is perfect for you. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Previous janitorial, cleaning, or facility maintenance experience preferred (1+ year in warehouse or commercial setting is a plus).

Ability to use cleaning equipment safely (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, mops).

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25-50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment (may include noise, varying temperatures, and standing/walking for long shifts).

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen (if required).

Availability for assigned shifts (including nights, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed).

Wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines at all times.

Clean and maintain assigned areas of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, workstations, aisles, docks, and common spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.

Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste (including cardboard, plastic, and general trash) in designated areas.

Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces, furniture, fixtures, walls, machines, and equipment.

Sanitize and restock restrooms and break areas (paper products, soap, etc.).

Clean windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs.

Follow all safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners, power equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to avoid damage to floors, fixtures, or injury.

Move light furniture, boxes, or equipment as needed to clean underneath or behind.

Report any maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Comply with all company, client (Amazon), and regulatory safety, security, quality, and compliance standards.

Perform other janitorial duties as assigned to support facility upkeep.
