Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas.

Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.

The Turnaround (TAR) Manager will perform periodic turnaround maintenance and corrective maintenance activities within the Gulf Coast Pipeline air separation facilities

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 year associates degree in a technical field or technical training preferred.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
• Has full range of motion; ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders, work off elevated platforms/surfaces
• Able to enter confined spaces for inspection/testing, while wearing fall restraint and respirators
• Physical range of motion required to climb and descend ladders, work at heights above 50 feet
• Ability to work on call as needed
• 7+ years maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of Turnaround management or capital project management.
• Extensive use of the CMMS (Maximo).
• Experience in the execution of detailed mechanical and electrical job plans.
• Proficiency in the use of Google Chrome applications, particularly Gmail, Sheets and Drive.
• Proficiency in the use of P6 scheduling tool
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize in periods of peak work volume.
• Ability to work self-directed, make sound decisions.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 40% of the time to fulfill responsibilities; can travel on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior industrial gas experience
