Maintenance Mechanic

• Perform general plant maintenance activities such as replacing valves, pipe fitting, and pulling heat exchanger heads for testing/repair.
• Carry out preventative maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform repairs on rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, agitators, liquid ring vacuum pumps, and dry screw vacuum pumps.
• Disassemble, refurbish, and reinstall various centrifugal pumps.
• Work safely and follow all company EHS policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation in SAP and plant equipment files.

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in plant maintenance
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined spaces
• Preferred:
  Welding experience
• Preferred:
  Pipefitter experience
• Preferred:
  Millwright experience
