Production Technician

Responsibilities

• You will operate and monitor equipment associated with the Auto Thermal Reformer (ATR), CO₂ removal systems, cold box/liquefaction systems, compression equipment, and distribution systems
• Moreover, you will learn and operate computer control systems and perform field operations
• Perform startup and shutdown activities for process equipment
• Read and interpret P&IDs, equipment manuals, and company procedures
• Further, you will monitor process performance and make adjustments to correct deviations and maintain operating conditions
• Operate units safely and efficiently to meet production, quality, environmental, and customer requirements
• Prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• And you will safely issue permits for maintenance work and oversee contractors as required

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate in Applied Sciences degree or equivalent apprenticeship preferred
• More than two (2+) years of production operations experience preferred
• You have experience working in confined spaces, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights
• Availability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including on-call responsibilities, overtime, weekends, holidays, and call-ins
