Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE), building systems and facility infrastructure, industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration systems including ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Repair motors, conveyors, dock doors, wiring, pumps, and facility equipment.
• Complete welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Support refrigeration system inspections, testing, and general maintenance.
• Accurately complete work orders and document repairs in the CMMS system.
• Maintain a safe work environment while following company and regulatory safety standards.

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, food processing, or related environments.
• Experience working on forklifts, MHE, or facility equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.
• Electrical experience including motors, relays, and VFDs preferred.
• Refrigeration experience (ammonia, Freon, or CO2) is a plus, but not required for candidates with a strong mechanical background.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in cold storage and industrial environments.
• Ability to work independently and support a variety of maintenance needs across the facility.
• Opportunity to gain refrigeration certifications and expand technical skills.
• Work environment may include temperatures as low as
  -20°F and varying noise levels.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work safely at heights when required.

Pay Range: $23.13 - $39.04
