Affinity Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain two Pasco, WA apartment communities. This full-time, non-exempt role features an 8am–5pm schedule, on-call after hours, and a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, completing work orders within 24 hours, and coordinating with the Property Manager. Requires 1+ year in multi-family maintenance and your own hand tools.
