Industrial Maintenance Pasco All Shifts

Job Overview

Position may work in any of the following departments:
Processing, Harvest, Warehouse, Rendering, Yards, or groundskeeping. Responsibilities include pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 10-12 hours a day. Work will be performed in meat environments such as blood, fat, bones, hair, and any other cattle product. The role requires working in inclement environments—hot, cold, humid, icy, dusty, etc.—with temperatures ranging from 20° to 100°.

• Maintain machinery to ensure continuous production.
• Perform work involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, welding, and conveyor maintenance.
• Repair and maintain operating conditions of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems that occur in day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Set up, adjust and break down production line machinery and complete required documentation.
• Use basic computer skills and read manuals to repair equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to resolve mechanical failures.

• Minimum 12 months of industrial work experience or 6 months of continued education in at least two of the following areas:
  Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Plumbing, Welding, or Conveyor Maintenance.
• Open to working any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Proof of authorization to work legally in the United States.
• Pass a urinalysis screening as part of the post‑offer health assessment.
• Rehire eligibility 180 days after last term date and maximum of 2 rehire opportunities.
