The Facilities Janitor/Groundskeeper will uphold the uncompromising standards of cleanliness and sanitation by performing thorough cleaning, custodial, and light maintenance tasks across the FW Paso Robles main campus and exterior grounds.

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, elevator, and common areas using general household and commercial grade practices. Clean windows as needed.
• Restock all supplies.
• Wax and buff concrete floors.
• Pick up trash daily across campus to ensure cleanliness in all areas.
• Sweep and use leaf blower on walkways, sidewalks, entrance ways, and dumpster enclosures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust inside facility areas regularly.
• Hose off picnic tables and benches.
• Wipe off door handles and handrails.
• Perform simple maintenance repairs as assigned.
• Report on maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners across campus. Organize recycling product waste areas.
• Complete initial and ongoing safety trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
