Subcontractors Needed To Maintain Foreclosed Properties
The type of jobs that are needed to be completed are, but not limited to:
- Trash-outs
- Winterizations
- Lock Changes
- Initial Secure
- Snow Removals
- Grass Cuts
- Board-ups
It would be helpful to have a background in HUD, Fannie Mae, REO and Freddie Mac guidelines.
MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES!
Subcontractors must also have:
- General Liability Insurance – Minimum 1,000,000
- Tools:
- Digital Camera
- Laptop with wifi or hotspot / Net book - Capable of uploaded photos from the property.
- Truck or Van
- Locks
- Generator
- Compressor
