We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians with a strong background in manufacturing environments, preferably from industries like food, beverage, or pet care. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay and potential for overtime.

Pay Range: $28 - $35/hour

Employment Type:
Direct Hire

Shift: Must be able to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM



Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential facility or equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery used in daily production operations.
• Assist with facility improvements, construction, and small renovation projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a safe working environment.
• Support housekeeping efforts to ensure facilities remain clean and organized.

• Prior experience in a food, beverage, or pet care manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools and techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong team player with solid communication and time management skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment or tools when required.
