Summary: Responsible for custodial staff supervision and the overall cleanliness, sanitation, security, safety and maintenance of the assigned facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Supervises office cleaning staff in assigned building.
• Inspects to ensure cleaning, sanitation, security, safety and maintenance requirements are met.
• Orders materials necessary for the upkeep of the building while staying within assigned budget.
• Oversees minor repairs and submits work orders for repairs, building maintenance and supplies.
• Trains staff regarding proper cleaning procedures, including floor cleaning, burnishing, waxing and chalkboard cleaning.
• Train new and substitute office cleaners as needed.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
