Move & Pack Lead/Driver
As a Move & Pack Lead/Driver on the Clutter team at Iron Mountain, you will lead moving teams and manage warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality storage experience for customers.
Hours & Schedule- Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Clutter operates 7 days a week; schedules vary weekly based on business needs (Weekend availability required)
- Full‑time: at least 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
- Job Site:
Operations Lead Drivers start and end their shift at the Clutter depot at the job site address
- Lead and drive a team of 2–3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, utilizing mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies by performing frequent quality audits and maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences
- At least 21 years of age, valid standard driver’s license, and ability to pass a required physical exam
- Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications
- Strong physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8‑hour shift
- Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor or customer service environments
- Base hourly rate of $28/hour, plus digital and cash tips and potential bonus for positive customer reviews
- Overtime pay at 1.5× hourly pay, depending on business needs

Reasonable salary range: $53,000.00 – $66,300.00 (may vary based on factors such as location and experience)
