The Facility Housekeeper maintains cleanliness and a welcoming environment throughout the U‑Haul facility. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, mopping, trash removal, and tracking cleaning supplies. • Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

Physical exertion includes long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lb, assisted or unassisted.
