Maintenance - General

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within the facility. This role ensures smooth operation of production lines, minimizes machine downtime, and maintains a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have a company-focused mindset, understanding the importance of their role in the overall success of the organization and how it integrates with other teams.

• Experience with PLC Troubleshooting
• Mechanical maintenance support a must
• Experience with electrical systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail, including process and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability and willingness to learn different systems and machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and stoop for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and checks on equipment, machinery, and systems
• Lubricate and adjust machinery as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures
• Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality
• Respond to emergency breakdowns in a timely manner, recognizing schedules may need to be adjusted depending on the situation
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
• Ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained in a safe and compliant condition and that all safeguards are in place and in working order
