Brooksby Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a Painter to deliver responsive painting services for resident apartments and common areas. The role covers interior and exterior maintenance within a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of residential painting and wallcovering experience, proficiency with painting equipment and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
