Construction and Facilities Support

Yes

Five years of management/supervisory experience in commercial construction, renovation, facilities management or equipment maintenance management.

Or

Bachelors' degree and three years of experience commercial construction, renovation, facilities management or equipment maintenance management.

• Ensures that utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules. Manages assigned associates.
• Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations. Communicate with management and contractors as required. Oversee capital projects.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications. Oversee repair and maintenance of buildings and assets.
• Provides needed support for ecological sustainability issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
