Performs a variety of routine manual and semi‑skilled tasks involved in minor building maintenance and repair work, in addition to general grounds keeping work and performs other related duties as assigned.

• LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK:
  Person must be citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.

  A combination of training and experience substantially equivalent to TWO (2) YEARS of experience in maintenance and minor repair of buildings and general grounds keeping work.
• Special Requirements:
  Some positions require the ability to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Driver's License:
  Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. The immediate vacancies have this requirement.
