Role Description This full-time High Rise Window Cleaner Trainee role is an on-site position based in Hawaii, United States. The trainee will assist experienced cleaners with high-rise and commercial window cleaning, including preparing equipment, setting up safety gear, and maintaining tools and supplies. Daily tasks include learning proper cleaning techniques, working at height using approved safety systems, and following detailed instructions for job-site preparation and clean-up.

The role involves handling ladders, ropes, and other access equipment, complying with safety regulations, and helping inspect windows and building exteriors for cleaning needs. The trainee will also interact professionally with clients and team members, support contract cleaning schedules, and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills and interest in Window Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Window and Contract Cleaning services.
• Candidates should be able to work safely at height and follow strict safety protocols.
• Ability to learn and use cleaning tools, ladders, rope access, and safety equipment.
• Good physical fitness, balance, and stamina, with ability to lift and carry equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow instructions and procedures.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and on different building types.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in cleaning, construction, or building maintenance is a plus.
• Commitment to safety training and continuous skill development; ability to work as part of a team.
