Job Summary

Provide light cleaning duties in a hospital setting, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of rooms, floors, and furnishings.

• Provide quality customer service to patients and staff, paying close attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Clean bath basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make up beds and change linens as required.
• Re‑align furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests.
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

No experience necessary; training will be provided. Must be able to perform essential duties and comply with safety and background‑screening requirements.

On‑call schedule; days and hours may vary based on business needs. Fixed pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
