Looking for a unique and exciting job opportunity? BreakiT Smash Rooms in Pearl, MS, is searching for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team in a Back of House (BOH) position. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly and are ready to be part of a one-of-a-kind experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and organizing smash rooms for appointments and walk-ins.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of rooms for large company parties, in some cases including during non-operating hours.
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are in excellent condition and ready for use.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the back-of-house areas.
• Lifting and moving items weighing 45+ lbs as part of your daily tasks.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Is physically capable of lifting 45+ lbs.
• Is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a flexible schedule to accommodate appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays, walk-ins Wednesday through Sunday, and occasional after-hours events for large groups.
• No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a great attitude!
