Janitorial Cleaning Medical Office

Pay: $12.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Maintain floors through regular care, including buffing and waxing as needed.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good working condition.
• Assist with industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with floor care procedures including buffing and waxing.
• Experience in residential painting is a plus.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Basic facilities maintenance skills are advantageous.
  
  Porter experience is beneficial for managing high traffic areas effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
