Job Description Summary
Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.
Essential Responsibilities- Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas.
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
- Push, pull, lift, carry or manoeuvre weights up to twenty‑five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training or business meetings.
- Work a flexible schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.
Hourly range: $15.00 - $18.00.
Additional Compensation- Corporate Position: may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Position: may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
