RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exteriors, grounds, and common areas of our multifamily communities in Pearland, TX. The role includes make-ready prep, basic landscaping, and coordinating with the maintenance team to keep the property in top condition.
You will perform cleaning, power washing, irrigation checks, and safety checks while communicating with residents and supervisors to provide clear updates on ongoing work. Some weekends may be required.
