Service Technician

Job Summary

Must be able to perform all duties of the Service Technician position, including collecting water, oil, and gas samples, basic SWD water quality testing, delivering chemicals in drums and pails, delivering chemicals to tank and containment, recording and setting chemical rates, updating individual field service reports, recording inventory levels, completing lab request forms, placing chemical orders, hooking tanks and pumps, and completing electronic field recaps.

• Assist in TSA
• Assist in RFQ process
• Complete single topic recommendations
• Hook up chemical injection
• Communicate with customer PIC for field operations
• Collect water, oil, and gas samples
• Deliver chemicals in drums and pails
• Deliver chemicals to tank and containment
• Record and set chemical rates
• Update field service reports
• Record inventory levels
• Place chemical orders
• Perform field water analysis and interpret data
• Perform field solids solubility test
• Perform emulsion breaker testing
• Perform product compatibility testing
• Professional interaction with customer base
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer experience
• Basic experience writing and submitting proposals
• Customer service experience; must interact well with customers
• Advanced operator experience required
