• Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, filling crevices, and facility repairs.
• Repair and maintain company machinery, equipment, and appliances.
• Detect, troubleshoot, and report major maintenance issues.
• Inspect community and facility areas for litter, mechanical failures, and safety concerns.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and safety system repairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas.
• Monitor and maintain sprinkler systems and trash containers.
• Conduct routine inspections and performance assessments of appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers.
• Provide support and guidance to clients on the proper maintenance and operation of equipment.

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
