TETRA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a field technician to join our West Texas desalination operations. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot remote plant equipment, supporting water treatment and desalination processes to maximize uptime.
The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in water treatment or industrial maintenance, a GED or high school diploma, and the ability to work a rotating schedule in remote locations. Valid driver's license and independent work ethic are essential.
