We are excited to invite applications for the role of Industrial Maintenance Supervisor at our facility in Marshall, TX.

• Lead and supervise the Maintenance Staff, focusing on scheduling and team development.
• Maintain and refine preventive maintenance programs using work order systems.
• Ensure all maintenance operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and to high‑quality standards.
• Provide clear leadership and facilitate effective communication between Maintenance and Operations teams.
• Ensure maintenance support aligns with manufacturing schedules, including machine repairs and project implementations.
• Manage procurement of necessary spare parts efficiently.
• Document time and work performed using a computer‑based maintenance management system on a daily basis.
• Review and approve work orders submitted by the maintenance team for closure in the management program.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• Exceptional leadership, team‑building, and organizational skills are essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other AWF facilities as needed.
• This is primarily a 1st shift position, but candidates must be open to working flexible hours/days based on plant maintenance needs.
• Familiarity with computer‑based maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
• Experience with wheeled loaders, knuckle booms, skid steers, and semi‑trailer repair is a bonus.
